Cecil Wade supports aabalone[red]’s web design and development expertise. Since 1998, Cecil has managed the development and support of high-volume consumer-facing financial websites for major financial institutions including JPMorganChase, Citigroup and Ameritrade.

For JPMorganChase, Cecil was head of the Internet Technology Group, a cross-functional team responsible for all development, testing, deployment, and on-going production support of the Chase Credit Card consumer-facing websites. Prior to Chase, Cecil was VP of Development at OnMoney.com, a division of Ameritrade, where he was responsible for all architecture and development of the consumer financial portal. Before that, he was Chief Architect for Citi f/i, Citibank’s Direct Bank offering, and Development Manager for Citibank Corporate Financial Control.

Cecil has more than 30 years experience in technology management, and over 20 years in financial technology, including credit cards, retail banking, brokerage, money management, and financial and regulatory reporting.
